Heineken Asia Pacific Graduate Programme

If you are a recent graduate or have less than two years of working experience and are looking for your next big challenge, you are eligible to apply for the Heineken Asia Pacific Graduate Programme (APGP).

Programme participants will undertake 3 assignments, each eigtht months in length. The 1st assignment will take place in the home Operating Company of Cambodia; the other 2 assignments will be in Asia Pacific countries such as New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, New Caledonia, Japan, Hong Kong, Mongolia, Myanmar, and China!

  • Undergraduate degree (preferably a Masters) or graduating students who can start work by August 2016
  • For Human Resource, your degree needs to be in business administration, human resources management or technical disciplines
  • For Finance, your degree needs to be in business, financial, economic, or technical disciplines
  • For Technology and Mechanics, your degree needs to be in mechanical engineering, technology or technical disciplines
  • For Sales and Marketing, your degree needs to be in business, commercial, economic, or technical disciplines
  • No more than 2 years of professional work experience in your chosen function (volunteer work and internships do not count)
  • Business fluency in at least two (preferably three) languages, one of which must be English
  • Desire to live and work abroad (full mobility for rotation across Asia Pacific region is a must throughout the programme)
  • Possesses a genuine interest in other countries and cultures
  • Proven leadership skills with drive to succeed
  • Preference of driver’s license for Sales and Marketing applicants
